What payment options are available?

We accept payment in the form of cash, cards (except American Express), Mobile payments such as Apple Pay and HTA or in house Garden gift vouchers. We also offer payments over the phone for products to be collected or delivered at a later date.

Do you offer a delivery service for products purchased?

We offer local deliveries for any products purchased with a fee starting at £10 (Pricing varies based on location). We will ask for details in regards to delivery times, address and suitable contact number for updates on your delivery. We offer the option to update your purchases up to 24 hours prior to the agreed upon delivery date should you wish to add or change any products. We do not offer a mail order service at this time.

Do you allow dogs on site?

We allow dogs on the nursery provided they are kept on a lead at all times. Dogs are not allowed inside the Café however we do offer heated outdoor seating for people who want to bring their dogs with them and we provide water bowls on site (and a treat if they are well behaved!)

Do you offer disabled parking options?

We have disabled parking options located directly next to our shop and café which allow ease of access to customers. 

Do I have to book a table in advance for the Café?

You do not need to book a table to visit the on site Café. However to book a table for breakfast or lunch please contact us at 01509 812121.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

We do sell gift vouchers in the form of the nationally recognised HTA vouchers in both paper and card variety which are ideal for customers looking to purchase a gift but are unsure what they would like to get.
