We make and serve exceptional food and drink with year-round views of the nursery’s mature garden from our cosy café cabin and at our outdoor tables. Whether you’re wintering indoors next to our wood-burning stove or basking in the summer sun on the lawn, we’ll provide the refreshment.
Our friendly baristas serve freshly ground coffee from our Conti espresso machine. Our beans are roasted locally by St Martins Coffee Roasters in Leicester. Do you prefer oat milk for your latte? We’ve got you covered. Decaf coffee? We make that too.
Our breakfasts, brunches, lunches, cakes and sweet treats are all made fresh on site, complemented by quality brands including Kettle potato chips, Sanpellegrino sparkling drinks and Bundaberg ginger beer.
We’re open between 10:00am and 4:00pm from Monday to Saturday and between 10:00am and 3:30pm on Sundays. To book a table in advance contact us on 07592176508.

You’ll find us on Syston Road at the edge of Cossington, Leicestershire, between Syston and Rothley. We’re between the junctions with Main Street and with Platts Lane, almost opposite the short row of red brick and stone houses. There’s plenty of space in our car park and a place reserved for blue badge holders next to The Tea Garden café itself.
You’re welcome to bring your dog into one end of our café cabin or sit in the garden with them, provided they stay on a lead and are well behaved.
